Forward emails with attachments to a special email address (at your clients domain if they've set-up a redirect) and the CMS will automatically import and tag any assets found in the email.

Auto tag-suggestion

The CMS scans the email and attachments for any content matching tags which have already been set-up for the site. If it finds any matches it will suggest tags for each asset.

Group tagging is also supported so that you can tag all assets found with the email in one go!

Zip/Compressed file support

The CMS will extract assets from Zipped/Compressed files such as .zip, .rar

Embedded email support

Certain email packages (MS Outlook for example) allow emails to be embedded within another email. The CMS will be extended to support extracting assets from these embedded emails too.
